Den 7 september 2017 beslutade bolagsstämman i Ripasso Energy AB (Bolaget) att genomföra en nyemission med företrädesrätt för befintliga aktieägare. Emissionen omfattar ett konvertibelt förlagslån om högst 25 074 660,69 kr. På grund av en teknikalitet i Euroclears system kommer konvertibeln att tecknas i en så kallad unit.
